Full Service Design
Initial consultation & briefing
Either meeting in person or via web link we will ask questions to prompt and make you understand what the crucial needs and desires are from your project. Ascertaining an accurate budget for works we will work on a proposal that is sent to the client after the meeting.
If client and designer are a match and in agreement with brief, pricing and terms calculated then the design agreement is signed.
Stage 1
Shaping a clear brief and understanding of what makes you tick. We interrogate practical requirements, discuss parameters and explore diverse inspirations to shape a design concept as foundation for the second stage.
Stage 2
Presentation of detailed design schemes, leading to final plans to be briefed for work to begin. Building on the Design Direction, schemes are presented with 2D visuals and a sample pack of finishes. Once finalised, a design pack is put together with all relevant technical drawings and detailing for client or contractor handover.
Stage 3
Helping make it all happen - from concept to reality. The scope of involvement at this implementation stage is flexible, with the option to cover procurement, project set-up and on-site support through to full project management.
2hr Design Consultancy
Whether at the beginning, middle or final stages of your project, we offer one-off 2 hour consultations to give you expert advice to help guide your design decisions and get any questions answered.
You can show your space over video, put together a presentation with photos and/or links to walk through over screen-share, or simply chat and take notes. The time is yours to use however is most helpful for you, some of the areas we can advise on during a session are:
- Room layouts
- Colour choices
- Window dressing
- Room styling
- Retailers or suppliers to consider
- Second opinion on extension / reconfiguration plans, kitchen or bathroom design
- General advice on the renovation process
- These consultations are an opportunity to problem solve, seek advice or ask for recommendations related to your project, but do not provide you with full design schemes. Priced at £550 please drop us an email to enquire or book.
